Next week's agenda writes itself

When an answer needs somebody who isn't in the room, name them in a comment. Filter to that contact and you have the questions to put to them — each with the question attached, not just their name on a cell.

A value someone actually validated

Most answers are just written down. A few were confirmed by a person in the room, and some are disputed because two parties assert incompatible things. The cell records which — and marks a confirmed value that has changed since.

Who said that, and when

Every value keeps its history: what it was, who changed it, and whether a person or an agent did it. Six months into an engagement that is the difference between a decision and a rumour.
